2. If your dream should appear to be fundamentally unrealizable, we will help you to reformulate it in such a way that it becomes realizable.
3. Within the agreed timeframe, we will make a proposition to turn your dream into reality, and will also inform you what it will cost to do so. It?s up to you to decide whether you accept our proposal.
4. If, in spite of all our efforts, we do not succeed in making your dream come true, you will enjoy the agreed equivalent service. And of course this will not involve any costs for you.
5. The "Whatever you like" service is available exclusively to guests of the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz who have booked a stay at the hotel.
