When Pascal Müller got his first bruises on a snowboard at the age of 13, he never dreamed that he would one day be getting tips and tricks from a real professional. But it was exactly this that was missing from his snowboarding experience. Pascal is one of those teenagers who are already looking forward to winter when it?s spring outside. He wants to ride on his board as often as possible, and perhaps even make his passion his occupation one day.

In February 2006, he heard about the "Whatever you like" offer made by the Kulm Hotel for the first time. The teenager saw that here was his chance. He requested that Dominique Godat arranges for him to spend a day with a snowboard professional who would divulge his secrets and make riding the slopes with him a hair-raising experience. A special problem: he wanted to fly in a helicopter to a snowboarding peak, in order to experience the wild feeling of complete freedom on his board.

Snowboard Star Michi Albin of St. Moritz immediately offers to take the talented young Müller under his wings for a day. Following a half-serious half-joking introduction, off they go. The helicopter ride is already a special experience, not for those afraid of heights. The view from the peak is breathtaking, the air crystal clear and Pascal feels a bit weak in the knees from all the excitement. Albin is therefore most surprised at his student's courage, as the latter thunders down the deep snow slope as if he has never done anything else. "Pascal Müller is a natural talent; the snowboarding elite should watch out", he comments with a wink before roaring off down the slope himself.

At the bottom, the teenager radiates enthusiasm and declares to his snowboard idol, "I could climb right back into the helicopter and begin all over again". Then he lets himself fall back, exhausted but happy. "That was brilliant!"
